Remember that time that Joe brought home three puzzles that he found in a free box one day? Well, here is the second of those three found puzzles. Gone Fishin’ was the first one from this little haul.

So, is this a puzzle I would have chosen from a shop to assemble? Actually, no. But was I surprised in how much I enjoyed this puzzle? Yes!

It was such a treat to see the details up close in this painting. It’s not a painting that I would hang up on my wall, but I was pretty impressed at the detailed work. Maybe this is an oil painting? If you know for sure, please of course leave a comment and let me know!
I was so struck by how abstract the painting looked up close, but with perspective you noticed people walking, shop signs, all those little details were so fun to explore in puzzle form!

This is another Ravensburger puzzle, 500 pieces, the painter is Sam Park. And of course the question on everyone’s mind…. Was it missing pieces?

Yes, it was missing 2 pieces in the top left part of the puzzle. Missing pieces aside, I really enjoyed this little puzz. It reminded me of my first visit to Paris (which, controversial opinion here… I am not as in love with Paris as many people are) but I did really love the buildings that I’m going to guess were apartments above and shops below. They were very pretty and felt so quintessentially Parisian! So this puzzle brought up memories of a fun trip with friends!
