I have never seen so many UNICEF brand puzzles at the thrift stores as I have since moving to Nova Scotia. They must not have been very popular in BC, and very popular over here. This particular scene really appealed to me, surprise surprise!
A lovely and lush rainforest scene!
I must say, that I was actually really impressed with the quality, the pieces were quite long and boxy, but solid. They fit in place perfectly, so I could pick it up and move it around.
The drawing appeared a little blurry, I think it was too zoomed in, but I think that actually gave the image kind of an interesting effect.
The colours were so vibrant and gorgeous, though. Honestly, if I see another one that I like, I will probably pick it up 🙂
And yes, sadly this puzzle was missing 6 pieces out of 200, which does make a difference when they’re so large! It was still fun, and perfect for an evening puzzle fix.
