We’re feeling the ocean themes this month. I just noticed this is my third ocean themed puzzle in a row! I wonder what the draw has been for me?

This is a little 1000 piece Ravensburger puzzle that I picked up at the Dollar Tree in the winter. I pulled it out when my Grandma was here, it was one of three choices and she chose this one.
We didn’t do too much of it together, but we did do just a little 🙂
She was working on the border and I was putting together a few of the tiles. It was a nice time 🙂

We had a really fun visit together! She’d never been out to the East Coast, so I took her all over the place for sightseeing. I also had the time off, so it was great, we ate, (a lot), and walked, and knitted, and chatted, and went to some really cool places in Nova Scotia.

I took her to point Pleasant Park and the Public Gardens in Halifax, the Waterfront, the Market at the pier, Eastern Passage, Lawrencetown Beach, Lunenburg, Peggy’s Cove, and Burntcoat Head Park. It was fun to visit these places on my time off too, and I think she really enjoyed it.

I finished this just after she left and I reminisced about our trip. I was really happy to have her here and I hope she’ll come again for more visits.
This is 1000 pieces and complete, found at the dollar store.
