Ahhhhh, the forest. I can’t think of a better place to be! In the trees, surrounded by green, listening to the birds, hearing the insects chirp away, the wind rustling through the treetops and no phones, or cars, or city noise.

This forest scene, is a classic, rainforest animals and plants. Bright colours and lush, healthy plants. No doubt, humid and plenty of danger around. This Jaguar looks very curious, however I’d imagine more stalking behaviour from a large cat in the jungle.
Which definitely feels a lot more dangerous!

For the sake of a gorgeous rainforest puzzle, this gorgeous and curious cat does the trick though!
When Joe and I hiked the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island, we saw some cougar prints, adult ones and little baby ones. It was pretty special, and also a good reminder that even though there were plenty of humans present, so were some pretty dangerous cats.

Wolves and Cougars were the two animals to be mindful of, we didn’t see any wolf prints, but other hikers said they could be found on the beaches in the early morning.
We didn’t do too much beach walking, more forest walking, so we never caught any wolf prints. But the cougar prints were pretty amazing to see!

This gorgeous puzzle is made by the company Falcon, which is a brand that I don’t come across too often. They are a nice quality puzzle to put together and I was pretty happy to find this one.
The artist is John Francis and I’m fairly certain that he was the artist behind some of my favourite nature puzzles from James Hamilton. Remember Cats of Mountain, Plain and Desert, I did spot his signature at the bottom right corner!

This is also a De-Luxe puzzle but by Falcon instead of James Hamilton, I think they’re both from the UK though.
This stunner is complete and in excellent condition. The pieces fit a little loose but they were a sure fit, which I’ll take any day!
