What possessed me to buy this puzzle? I think I was really excited at the thought of finding a Cloudberries puzzle again at the thrift store. I overlooked the image (which I think is really weird and frankly gruesome).
I thought about assembling this over Halloween, but I just didn’t want to. I finally pulled it out to put together because I just wanted to complete it and pass it on!
The experience was fine, not amazing, some false fits but overall not too bad. I just hated assembling this image! I was so creeped out by these weirdo animals and there wasn’t really enough colour separation to make this move a little faster, it was kind of a slog.
The only reason I stuck with it, was to find out if it was complete so I can post it on Marketplace. Cloudberries is a favourite brand of many puzzlers and maybe someone out there loves this particular image, who knows, right?!
Well, it is complete and I’ve hidden it in my closet where I don’t have to look at it and feel guilty or kind of grossed out!
From now on, I’m only going to buy the Cloudberries if I truly like the image. This was found at the Mission Mart in Halifax.
