From the Cow’s brand comes Party Cow. This mini puzzle was released in 1988, featuring some artwork by a Marc Gallant, manufactured by the American Publishing Corp.
I was really excited to find this, an actual Cow’s branded little puzzle! For those that might not know, Cow’s is predominantly an Ice Cream maker here in Canada. You’ll be able to find them in a lot of tourist spots.
There’s one in Whistler, if I’m not mistaken, and there’s one in Charlottetown and here in Halifax, on the waterfront. I still haven’t been to ours, it’s always so unbelievably busy with the cruise passengers walking the waterfront.
But, I should check them out before the summer is out. I am an ice cream connoisseur after all!
I think that they may even make cheeses too, and merch, lots and lots of merch.
I don’t know if I’d ever come back from a trip with Cow’s brand gifts for my friends, but I guess that I shouldn’t be so quick to dismiss it. After all, this was probably once sold at the Cow’s store, and I definitely would have bought this new.
As you can see, this little party gem was missing four pieces, a bit of a bummer, because I just thought this was so special.
