My feature puzzle today was started just around when the World Series started a couple weeks ago. Joe actually pulled it off the shelf and started to sort the pieces.

I assumed that it was going to be a really hard puzzle because I took a look at the pieces a few months ago when I got this from a friend. The entire front of the box is obscured by baseballs, because this is meant to be a trivia game as well!

I also saw that the pieces looked very busy and I figured that this meant that the image was basically a bunch of baseball cards! And that’s what we got.

Joe quickly threw in the towel and naturally by that point… I was completely immersed! I had to finish it, and also see if it was a complete puzzle. I didn’t do the trivia part, because there honestly wouldn’t be any point. Joe took a look at it, and said that it was pretty hard.

The cards range from the late 1800s to about 1981. I believe this puzzle is from 81 or 82, so that tracks.

So, the Dodgers basically dominated the Yankees, and I didn’t even get this finished before the series ended! I think I finished it the day after, mind you… I have been sick and I ended up knitting a lot more than puzzling during that time.

The puzzle is complete, and it looks so amazing! The fit of the pieces was a little tight, but, I was totally fine with that. It’s NorDevCo, from the 80s, rare, and complete, what more could I want?!
