I have found so many of my all time favourite wish list Springbok puzzles here in Halifax, it’s kind of incredible! Jungle Birds from 1981 by Springbok is just colour perfection.
I remember coming across this puzzle once before at the VGH thrift store in Eat Vancouver, but there was a handwritten note on the box that said there were pieces missing. I decided to leave it behind, and I have to say that I’m happy that I waited.
This whole image is a celebration of colour and nature, I absolutely loved putting it together. This was an easy puzzle, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Just follow the colours and pop those pieces in place.
There was a little stain on the cockatoo’s wing,but I’m willing to overlook that. I’m sure that I could even wipe that off with a damp rag, to be honest. No one would know!
Look at those sweet lovebirds! Just too pretty 🙂
