I was on the list for another couple of travelling puzzles! Remember Beach Walk from the summer? That one was also a gorgeous wooden puzzle by a company called Stumpcraft that makes some very nice quality wooden puzzles.

Well, when I was done with that puzzle and messaged the next person on the list, a puzzler based out of Toronto, she let me know that she had a few more from Stumpcraft on a travelling puzzle circuit. So I signed for a couple more!

This one, called Birds and Bees by an artist named Pam Weber, was actually four individual puzzles. Of, well, birds and bees! I tried to get in nice and close so the cut of some of these was visible. There were fun honey, and vine-like floral motifs to the cut of this puzzle. It’s just that extra detail that makes these so nice.

These are so pretty and each puzzle had its own sort of theme. I was going to pick a favourite but in looking back at all of them, I don’t really think that I can!

In total, this was just over 250 pieces, and I worked on this over an evening over the winter holidays. There was a second one that was sent to me too, so stay tuned for another gorgeous wooden puzzle from Stumpcraft!
