Jellyfish

Today’s puzzle was on loan from a friend in my knitting group. One night we were chatting about puzzles and they said that they had a few cool ones if I’d be interested! In spotting this one in their collection, I got pretty excited.

A Cavallini & Co. puzzle called Jellyfish. I like this brand of puzzles, they have very cool vintage styled images and the quality is pretty good. They are a newer brand that could even be called a little gimmicky, with their aesthetic packaging, and the vintage imagery.

But, they’re thankfully not just style over substance. They make a good product too, it’s pretty and it’s good quality. Definitely a great gift for someone. I say gift, because I do feel that they are a little expensive, they can run just a little outside of my puzzle budget.

But, borrowing and loaning from friends is always an option, these do pop up at the thrift stores every once in a while. There are ways to enjoy these without blowing the budget!

I’ve only ever assembled one of these puzzles before this, remember last Christmas, my friend Tracy gifted me Cats & Kittens? All those refined little Victorian cats.

This copy was missing one piece and Siena did warn me about that, so I can rest easy knowing that one of my cats aren’t guilty of piece theft!

1000 pieces, with gorgeous colours and super fun! I highly recommend this puzzle, if you are a fan of blue and of jellyfish.
