Nothing like a fun graphic design moment. Was this easy? Yes, was it fun? You bet it was. Just some meditative pattern recognition and bam you have a complete puzzle in an hour.

I would not have bought this brand new, I’m sure that most you by now, are aware that I won’t purchase a puzzle brand new if it’s too easy. I just don’t find it worth the investment. I want to ensure that it will be a challenge and that I’ll get hours of entertainment out of my purchase.

However, I will shell out a few dollarinos at the thrift store on a puzzle like this, that is a good spend to time ratio for me.
I have been really craving a good doughnut for a while now, like a Lee’s donut. Lee’s is from Vancouver, at the public market on Granville Island, and they make a delicious classic yeasted donut.

Their cake donuts are pretty good too, but man, those fluffy honey dips of theirs are amazing. If I go back to Vancouver anytime soon, I will be going to Lee’s.

As I mentioned, this was a quick puzzle, meditative, relaxing and fun! It’s a 500 piecer from Galison, it’s complete and the colours and patterns were fabulous to work with. I also have a donut craving that just won’t go away!
