Cats are amazing, full stop. I have so much love and admiration for cats, and wildcats are most definitely on that team. This wooden puzzle was found where many of my other puzzles have been found, and that is: the Thrift Store!

I did assemble this one a while ago and then sold it on Marketplace before we moved, but I am fairly certain that the brand was Professor Puzzle. I looked up their logo and that looks the most familiar to me, but I wasn’t actually able to find any images of this guy online.

I was very impressed with the quality of this wooden puzzle, it was clearly laser cut but there weren’t any scorched bits on it, that you might typically see with a lesser know brand. At just over 130 pieces, this was also a fairly decent challenge. The colours are similar throughout, as are the outlines and black illustrative details so this provided a good hour of puzzling.

The special shaped pieces were on point with the wild animal themes and this whole puzzling experience had me thinking about how much I love cats and their wildcat ancestors. My two little guys were close by, as they always are, and I would pause every once in a while to give them a quick little scritch on the chin and tell them what wonderful cats they are.

I have not seen a tiger in real life but I bet that is something. They are so big and majestic, their paws are absolutely massive and could probably do some real damage. What amazing and beautiful animals they are.

This puzzle was complete and in perfect condition, I had a really great time assembling it!
