Shining Fish

I think we all know by now that sometimes I just need to take a moment of quiet time and assemble a mini puzzle. It’s relaxing, soothes whatever stress I may be feeling, I just dive into a meditative thoughtful task for a short moment and feel refreshed after the puzzle is complete!

I found a small sized Unidragon puzzle recently at the thrift store, and we all know that I do enjoy a wooden puzzle from time to time so it came home with me.

I puzzled this on a sunny afternoon on our patio, Joe was doing some garden work and my Oma was enjoying the sun and knitting beside me. I was feeling a bit tired so I took a little half hour break and just puzzled away at this Unidragon Shining Fish.

This was a fun little puzzle moment, I always love the vibrant colours and the intricately cut pieces, it gets me thinking outside the box. I do really appreciate what puzzling can do for me, I feel my brain working and being challenged, recalling where that one piece is when I need it, it’s such a satisfying and restorative process for me.

This sweet little fish is approximately 120 pieces and it was complete. I gave it to Oma to take home with her so she can add it to her collection of smaller sized puzzles.
