Awesome Bill from Dawsonville, as he has been called in the past, also Million Dollar Bill or Wild Bill. This former professional stock car racing driver was the 1988 Winston Cup champion as well as having placed in as many as 44 more races!
Let’s be clear, I am not into Nascar racing or racing at all, not because I’m against it, I guess I was just never introduced to it. And now, when I see any clips of racing, I mostly get stressed out about how dangerous it seems, hahaha!
I peeked inside the box at the thrift store and I noticed that it had race car shaped pieces which really make the puzzle in my opinion. I did find it a little strange that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the box, usually if there’s a cool feature to these older puzzles that would have been written as a selling point on the box.
So without thrifting and finding a vintage Milton Bradley Nascar 200 piece puzzle, I may have never known about Bill Elliott. And now I do.
Complete and in great condition!
