Here is a statement…. I know next to nothing about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I did not see the movie or shows, or read the comics when I was little. I think I’ve spoken about this before but my parents were in their 20s when I was a little kid so I was often consuming the same media that they were. I listened to music like Prince, Kate Bush, and the Pixies instead of New Kids or Wham! or whatever kids listened to back then, I don’t know! I did see some movies made for kids but the more off-beat ones like Labyrinth or Willow, scary ones actually, ha ha.

Now, despite not knowing much about these turtles and the lore around them, I thought this was a pretty cool puzzle, I also thought that Joe might want to work on it with me. Joe was definitely into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as a kid, and he did in fact see this movie when he was a little one.

This is a Rose-Art puzzle from 1990, I was pretty impressed with the quality of this puzzle too. Sometimes, these kids floor puzzles have flimsy large pieces that can sometimes curl up at the edges of each piece.
Not this one!

The pieces are thin but they feel super strong, and the fit was perfect and the entire puzzle laid down so smoothly, not a single nubbin popping out! This was super fun and Joe did indeed join in for a bit of the puzzling too π
300 pieces and complete! Radical!
