Not usually my style but this puzzle was included in my find of the year, so why not, am I right?
And really, like any puzzle, I ended up really enjoying it! I thought I’d assemble it so I could pass it on and clear out my collection a little (which I still intend to do) but I didn’t anticipate liking it so much! This photo is so beautiful!
It just captures the season so perfectly, the trees are that perfect shade of red and gold, but they haven’t entirely shed all their leaves, and the weathered wood of the building just has the most nostalgic look to it. I suppose that’s why this image is called Mirror of the Past, I guess the Springbok team from 1981 knew what they were doing, as always!
This little surprise gem came to me through a marketplace find and I loved it, 500 pieces, complete, and 44 years old!
