Today I bring you one of the sweetest and gentle of nature puzzles images. I just love the softness of this drawing and the fact that the more you study the drawing, the more nature details you’ll find.
At first glance you might notice all the greenery, the deer, some of the flowers but when you look closer you’ll notice the bunny, the two little mice, voles(?), butterflies and moths. Look closer still and you spot a snail, a bee, I LOVE it!
This drawing reminds me a lot of some colouring pages I had as a kid, they were hyper-detailed and I was absolutely fixed on colouring them in as detailed and intricately as possible. I think those are long gone by now, but I still remember them.
Serious question though, what are these guys meant to be? They seem too big to be mice, but I could be wrong.
This puzzle was printed in 1984, which honestly just makes so much sense to me. The aesthetics are so spot on, it’s dreamy slightly muted colour palette and slightly cute leaning vibe just capture that Hallmark early 80s aesthetic.
I accquired this puzzle in my marketplace find of the summer, as a matter of fact this was one of the ones that I was really drawn to. I’m just so happy that this meet up worked out, I found some lovely gems!
