I picked this one up at Value Village this past weekend. It is a Springbok puzzle, which is one of my favourite makes of jigsaw. One of the best things about a Springbok, is the title. Each puzzle is given a name, this one, a photo of bouquets of tulips at a flower shop is called “Un Marche aux Fleurs a Paris”
This puzzle dates back to 1988 and unfortunately had three pieces missing.
I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
