I’ve owned this beautiful Springbok puzzle for at least ten years now. Gorgeous colours, peaceful scene and lonely rowboat. You may be wondering, do I move my puzzles around? Depends…. sometimes a move is a good push for me to reassess the need for these puzzles, pushing me to keep the really nice ones only. This one has moved twice! Will it move a third? We shall see.
The puzzle is 500 pieces, complete and dates back to the early 1980s. Here are a few more photos of the box and puzzle.
I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
