Part of the Buffalo Games Vivid collection. A beautiful and colourful drawing, plenty of details and separation between textures made this a super fun and surprisingly difficult puzzle.

The toughest spot was the feathers at the bottom, next time I do this puzzle I’ll probably start there 🙂

I found this a while ago at Value Village, 1000 pieces and complete!

When I was taking it apart, Alomar wanted to watch me put all the pieces in the box so he grabbed the best seat in the house!

I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
