I am on a nature scene kick! I finished up my frogs puzzle last week and really wanted another autumnal nature puzzle so I gathered up the courage to tackle this vintage White Mountain puzzle. It wasn’t quite as challenging as I thought it was going to be, actually. Just super engaging and fun!

It was a very busy image, but it was broken up into parts that really helped with creating a few stages throughout the puzzling. And I have to say that once I started it was pretty tough to pull myself away. I was thinking about it while I was at work, ha ha ha! I really enjoy White Mountain Puzzles, I have to remind myself of that. Something about the piece fit and their collage style images can be super fun!

The last one I assembled, I worked on with Oma when she was visiting us last summer, Cereal Boxes. While I really enjoy their bright and colourful pop culture type of puzzles, I have to say there’s something really special about their nature themed images such as Birds of the Backyard and Woodpeckers. I wonder who the arist is for these nature puzzles, I’m sure that their name is listed on the box, I just didn’t take note of it before I sent this puzzle back to the thrift store.

You read that correctly, back to the thrift shop it went, it was missing one piece, sadly but 999 of them is just about as fun as a full 1000.
