A Canadian Scene

This beautiful puzzle was 50 cents from a M.C.C. Thrift store in Vancouver. My best friend and I both felt it was a very Canadian scene. 500 pieces, manufactured by Guild, complete.

I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
