Spring Woodland- A Countryside Puzzle

A popular trend in puzzles, beginning in the 1960’s, was the circular puzzle. Springbok initially started the trend and many puzzle manufacturers quickly followed. This charming woodland scene is actually and oval puzzle, which is my first.

I found this at the Lion’s Gate Hospital thrift store in North Vancouver, they have excellent prices… 50 cents. This puzzle came in a tube, which is also unusual. Entitled Spring Woodland – A Countryside Puzzle, made in England by Artlines of Reading in 1981, 250 pieces, complete.
