A friend of mine recently loaned this puzzle to me. It’s a Springbok from 1993 of the beautiful gardens in Victoria BC. This was a fun puzzle to assemble, because it was too big for my coffee table so I completed different sections and assembled the final picture on the floor. 1000 pieces and complete.
I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
