A Buffalo Games Puzzle. This puzzle is more recent than the Where’s Elvis and The Talking Jigsaw Puzzle, so I was very happy to see that the quality is unchanged. Now printed on recycled cardboard and with soy based inks, this puzzle is wonderful!

I want this scene in my house, two snuggling, snoozing cats, a fireplace, even the funny, very human, mice in the corner. What a dream!

The artwork is by Charles Wysocki and this is part of a series, let’s hope that I find some more! 750 pieces, one piece missing. Here are close ups of the sleeping, cuddling kitties and the mice with their human-like stances.

I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
