A 1000 piece Galison puzzle that I’ve been coveting for a couple years. I had first seen it in the window of a local shop and was mesmerized by the gold foil details. Not my first gold foil puzzle and definitely not my last!

This particular image was a design created for the cover of Liberty Magazine between 1926 – 27. The editors thought that it was too “radical” and they decided to not feature the design. I can see that this may have been quite challenging for some people back then, I personally think it’s pretty awesome. Totally up my alley.

I found this at Value Village earlier this year and couldn’t really believe my luck. I had a super fun time with this puzzle just working colour by colour. Sadly, one piece was missing but I’m really happy I got the chance to do this puzzle!
