Cereal Boxes

White Mountain Puzzles really are the dominant brand for these collage nostalgia puzzle images. I’ve done many of these type of busy collage puzzles from their selection before: Rock’n’Roll, Pop Culture, Vintage Books – Best Sellers, just to name a few.

Well, here’s another one! Cereal Boxes.

I wonder if this is mostly American, because I only knew of about 40% of these cereals and flavours. Many of which I was not allowed to eat!

Like Boo-Berry, what on earth is Boo-Berry?! It looks absolutely radioactive!

At my house, we had Corn Flakes (sometimes we had Honey Nut Corn Flakes as a treat) Cheerios, (again Honey Nut as a treat), Corn Bran, Muslix which I hated, and I remember that we bought a box of Frosted Flakes one time. My parents were scandalized at how sweet it was and we never had it again. I’m not going to lie, I did think that it was super sweet too, even the honey nut flavours of Corn Flakes and Cheerios, but I didn’t necessarily think that was a bad thing! Ha ha ha!

I remember when I was in my early twenties, when I lived on my own, I went on a real Cinnamon Toast Crunch kick, cinnamon just gets me so good! I used to hate the sediment of sugar at the bottom of the bowl though.

All the text and bright colours made this puzzle so much fun, I loved it! My Oma was recently visiting us in Halifax over the summer and we did this puzzle together. That was a nice time 🙂

I think she enjoyed herself, she definitely enjoyed searching for the pieces and the different colours and letter shapes.

1000 pieces and complete from White Mountain Puzzles.
