What’s better than finding a vintage mini Pic-Me-Up puzzle from 1976?

Why two vintage mini Pic-Me-Up puzzles from 1976! Now, I’ll be the first to say that this one is not as impossibly adorable as the turtle with the tummy ache that I posted this week. But this sweet little mole is also adorable, celebrating an anniversary or 1st birthday, he looks so happy with the cake! That smile, too cute.

These little gems had me thinking about some of my other NorDevCo puzzles that deserve a re-visit! We have Paperweights, 8 Ball (another mini), Beer After Beer and one of the coolest puzzles I’ve ever found…. Wave of the Future.

I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
