Crazy Cats in the Craft Room

As a knitter and cat owner/lover of cats, I could not pass this puzzle up. I do not have a craft room quite like this, I have a small stash of yarn in a drawer in our spare room/office. (It’s safely tucked away from the cats, too!) My puzzles are also stored in that room, and all pieces are kept in zipper bags so there isn’t quite the amount of chaos shown in this image.

I also don’t have 20 or so cats! Ha ha ha, we have two and I have to say that is plenty! They get into enough trouble with just the two of them. Enough to be cute and not absolute mayhem.

I snapped a few shots of some of my favourite cats and of course I started with the yarn cat. Thankfully my boys are fairly respectful of my yarn, every once in a while they might try and paw at the yarn I’m using but if you just move it away from their reach they tend to leave it be. Otto does try to nibble on the cables of my circular needles, which is a bad habit so I have to be very careful to not leave those lying around!

I love this cat just lounging on it’s back on the table, casually reaching for the tape measure. I love a lazy play, when cats are so comfortable but still curious enough to check out whatever they’re after. It’s hilarious.

Then there’s this little one, snuggling with it’s stuffie.

I absolutely love this cat peeking in the window, missing out on all the action!

This is a 2010 Ravensburger release, the artist is Linda Jane Smith and I have to say that she created a really fun image to puzzle. I puzzled for one session, I just kept going and finished it in one sitting! 1000 pieces and complete. Please enjoy my strange little cat Otto, posing with his pals.
