I have been sitting on this puzzle for close to three years, I had always admired it and daydreamed about assembling it, but I kept putting it off. The usual story, basically, I was saving it, ha ha. I just really liked this image and I didn’t want to learn that it was missing pieces in the event that it was.
Well, the worry was all for nothing, it was not missing any pieces and this was more gorgeous and photogenic than I could have ever hoped for. Crayola Freeway is a 40 year old Springbok gem of a puzzle, the box has definitely been roughed up just a little, but the puzzle was in perfect condition.
Not bad at all for 4 decades!
This was both challenging and fairly intuitive puzzling, I was definitely hooked after my first session of working on this puzzle. I worked on it over three evenings last week and I found myself thinking about it when I was at work and having dinner. That is a sign of a great puzzle, in my opinon!
I mean look at how stunning this is! The colours, the arrangements, I just couldn’t stop taking pictures from all angles. This one goes in the hall of fame for gorgeous Springboks, for sure. Absolute perfection.
Crayola Freeway is a 1000 piece puzzle, it is complete and in brand new condition with an absolutely perfect piece fit and cut. 100% a winner! Worth the wait.
