Puzzle Within a Puzzle: Hidden Pictures

On my recent trip to Vancouver, I had a free afternoon so I wandered around some of my favourite areas and popped into a thrift store I used to visit. I found this puzzle, a Great American Puzzle Factory Puzzle Within a Puzzle series (which I think we know that I am a big fan of!)

What was the issue? Well, was I really going to bring a puzzle back home in my suitcase without knowing if it was a complete puzzle? And the answer is obviously yes. I took a peek inside the box and everything just looked in such great condition that I had a feeling about it.

I’m so glad that I listened to this feeling because wow, what a gorgeous complete puzzle this is! I’m not usually into the medieval/fantasy themes but the illustration style is just so lovely. The fine lines and the detail work is just so fun to put together! Now just like King Neptune’s World and Cryptic Maze, there are hidden images in the line work (spoilers ahead)

This particular puzzle is on theme like King Neptune’s World was but I still had a fun time trying to find all the hidden images, I’ll post a photo at the very bottom of the answer sheet. You have been warned!

I did not find all the images! It was pretty tricky honestly, so I did use the answer sheet to locates the ones I was not able to spot, it was pretty amazing. The artist’s name is Larry Evans, and they did a pretty great job hiding everything.

The tree was my absolute favourite part to puzzle. With the irregular piece cut and all the detail, it was a good one, ha ha!

This is a 550 piece puzzle from our beloved Great American Puzzle Factory and it was complete and in perfect condition. I’d say very worth the gamble of taking up precious luggage space 🙂 Here comes the answer sheet, do not scroll further if you want to try to find the images for yourself!
