Another vintage Milton Bradley puzzle, this one manufactured in 1968 from a series entitled Dorset Round Puzzles. This particular one shows a peaceful scene along the Mediterranean Coast, as I was putting it together I was remembering scenes from James Bond movies and Alfred Hitchcock’s To catch a Thief.
This rare puzzle is in excellent condition and complete. Here is a close up of the centre.
I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
