A Piatnik puzzle out of Austria, manufactured in 2000, a collection of different salamanders. I chose this puzzle because of all the fabulous colours, the puzzle had strong pieces and very nice vibrant colours, but I found it to be a very loose fit.
This was found at Value Village and has one piece missing.
I love to thrift, finding treasures that people have thrown away. The challenge and the quiet time focusing on assembling jigsaw puzzle pieces into a final image has interested and excited me for as long as I can remember. A few years ago I noticed that thrift stores always have a fully stocked "puzzles and games" section. Finally an endless supply of new puzzles to solve and a reason to keep thrifting!
