No. 7 – Heathland and Moorland

I picked up a couple vintage puzzles by the British company James Hamilton a couple weeks ago. I love these types of puzzles, a glimpse into a habitat and all the different types of creatures you might find there.

I was so impressed with the quality of the puzzle, beautiful sturdy pieces, no peeling, no puzzle dust, and zero bent pieces. I did think the finish was a bit too glossy, this image had a lot of fine details and sometimes trying to find the right angle just to see if you had it right was a bit irritating. Speaking of the painting, so beautiful! The image was so enagaging, I just couldn’t stop puzzlin’!

This was a 1000 piece puzzle and as you can see above had one missing piece. No problem, I still enjoyed it!
