Every winter when I start assembling some cool seasonal puzzles, especially winter scenes like this one, I find myself wishing that Vancouver was a snowy winter place. I type this as I hear cars drive by outside on rain-slicked streets.
The best thing about snow is the quiet, and the second best thing about the snow is the brightness. Anyway, here it is, a painting by Charles Wysocki. A beautiful scene of snow covered hills, people bundled up in their winter coats – skating, sliding, snowman building. I love it!
