Whistler

Whistler BC. A place that I’ve been to a number of times, mostly in the summer, strangely enough. But I suppose that since I’ve never skied or snowboarded in my life, I guess it’s not all that strange.

My mom used to do a weekly booth at the Farmer’s Markets during the summer, so I would go with her sometimes to help and then to hang out or go for a walk. I remember spending a few nights up there on a dance contract too, that was pretty fun (and a really long time ago!) 2009, what??

Now, I didn’t buy this puzzle for the nostalgia of Whistler, I picked it up because this puzzle series featuring Lantern Press artwork released by Andrew’s Blaine is such a good series.

If you will indulge me, we have Algonquin Park, Banff, Churchill, Atlantic Canada, and I’m just realizing now, that I had never posted about the Quebec one I did a few years ago! I will have to dig up those photos if I can find them.

So now, I am feeling that I should complete the series if I can find them. There is a Muskoka puzzle, and another one featuring maple syrup products. I have come across these at the thrift stores before, but I never really liked those two pictures as much, so I always left them behind.

But now, I only really have two more to go, I’d be kind of silly not to, right?

What do you think? Are you a completionist or would you leave it at Whistler?

I guess we’ll all find out sooner or later!

1000 pieces, complete, and found at the thrift store.
