It’s Leo season! I’m actually a Virgo, but when I came across this stunning vintage horoscope puzzle from a very fun vintage brand called Warren Paper Products, there was no way that I was going to pass up this incredible gem.
This box! I can not describe just how perfect I find the box to be, the font and design overall is just such a moment in time. It’s worth bringing home just for this box design alone. Now, when I opened this box up, I was greeted by this note, amazing penmanship, if you ask me. I hoped, hoped that this note was telling me the truth!

It’s all true friends! This is a complete puzzle and I couldn’t be happier. It was in such incredible shape, even the box is in perfect condition. This must have been stored in a perfectly climate controlled, light and dust free environment. The pieces felt absolutely brand new, the finish on the paper was so smooth and vibrant, they did not smell musty, there was minimal dust. I tell you, they do not make them like they used to, ha ha ha!
The box image doesn’t show the actual horoscope, but here is a close up image which reads: You are guided by the motivating force of self-expression. You are a free spirit with unshakable convictions. You possess a strong will and will take opposition from no one. I love the piece cut to these puzzles, it’s so unique and the connections fit absolutely perfectly together. I am smitten, in case you cannot tell!
I’ve only ever found two puzzles from Warren Paper Products prior to this one, they are all incredible for what they are, stunning, just stunning! See Western Industry and Jungle Kittens featuring the art stylings of Gig Keane.
There is no date on this box and very limited information online about this puzzle but my guess is that this is a late 1960’s or early 1970’s release. What I do know is that it is absolutely gorgeous and I will be hanging on to this for a long time, as well as keeping an eye out for other horoscope puzzles from Warren!
